All customers must comply with our returns policy as stated below. We cannot accept any returned products unless these procedures are followed.
The customer is required to use the following email address [email protected] to notify us of their intention to return any products, a returns form will then be sent to you which is to be completed and returned.
If an item is to be returned due to a defect or a discrepancy in your order, you will be entitled to a full refund within 30 days, the customer must notify us within 30 days of the delivery and all items must be returned to Hair and Beauty Shop before a refund can be issued.
The item/items will then be examined and then you will be notified and a refund shall be given in a reasonable time, normally within 14 days.
If an item is to be returned due to an incorrect order then a partial refund will be given (cost of item only not including postal costs), items will only be refunded once we have received the items.
We cannot accept any returns that have been opened or used.
The customer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days after receipt of the products. You must contact us and follow the returns procedure as listed under the paragraph titled Returns.
All products wishing to be returned must be unopened and unused and be in the original and undamaged packaging, if any products were bought that included free gifts then those also must be returned with the product.
Any items that are returned and deemed that the customer has not taken reasonable care of the products then this will result in a deduction in the refund.
Once the items have been returned to us and been checked then any refund entitlement would be issued within 14 days.
